The FoodThe cooking of Francesco Antonucci, the chef and co-owner, remains as fresh and vibrant as the day he opened in 1990. You will not find a better seafood risotto anywhere in town: creamy, perfectly al dente and imbued with the oceanic flavors of lobster stock, baby clams, mussels and scallops. A signature dish of tuna-filled ravioli in a light tomato sauce, sprinkled with crispy filaments of deep-fried ginger, is not to be missed; ditto for the seductive braised veal shank.
